Suction roll shells and press roll shells made of carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze or cast iron are machined at MENDI for the papermaking industry. When rough turned and rough bored the shell roll, we proceed with both inner and outer finish turning. Then the shell roll is ready for rubber covering and gun drilling following specific hole diameter and orientation for the application.
